Port Of Leith Distillery
The Port of Leith Distillery is Scotland's first vertical distillery - a
remarkable new 9 storey building in Edinburgh's historic whisky district of
Leith. The company will harness years of research into yeast and
fermentation, grain from a single farm just outside the city, and
relationships with premium wine and bourbon producers to create an
outstanding new single malt scotch whisky.
