St Winefride's Well Museum
Winefride, also known as Gwenfrewi, was a notable figure who hailed from a royal lineage. She was the offspring of a regional prince, Tewyth, and his spouse, Gwenlo. Adding to her distinguished family ties, her uncle was none other than St. Beuno.
