Manor House Hotel
This expansive pub, nestled within ample grounds, was a private residence until two decades ago. Its history traces back to the 17th century when it served as the manor house for the village. The pub boasts a large, south-facing garden that becomes a haven of delight during the summer months, making it an ideal location for families. In September 2019, the pub reintroduced real ale to its offerings, a move that was well-received by patrons. However, in November 2021, the real ale was temporarily discontinued. A change in management in January 2023 saw the return of real ale, much to the delight of its regulars. The new management is committed to maintaining the pub's historical charm while ensuring it meets the evolving tastes and preferences of its clientele.
