Fox Inn

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful countryside, this 200-year-old country house, formerly the residence of the Woodhouse family (known for Badger Beers), was transformed into an inn in 1915. It serves as an excellent starting point for those who enjoy walking. Despite its remote location, which may limit mobile phone coverage, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access. The Snug Bar warmly welcomes dogs, making it a perfect spot for pet owners. Breakfast is served from 8am to 11am on weekdays and from 8.30am to 11am on weekends. We also welcome non-residents to enjoy our facilities. Please note that the hours mentioned are for the summer season, and may be more limited during the winter months.
