Be at One
The Modern City Bar, situated on the first floor and accessible via external stairs, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1999. Originally opened by Fullers as one of their two locations, it was later acquired by Urbium in 2006. Following this acquisition, the bar underwent a name change and became known as 'The Wall'. In 2011, the establishment changed hands once more and was subsequently renamed. Despite these changes, the bar has consistently maintained its offerings of draught and bottled lagers, cocktails, and food, although it does not serve real ale. In March 2019, the bar underwent another transformation and was rebranded as a 'Be at One' establishment. This latest change is just another chapter in the bar's dynamic history, reflecting its ability to adapt and evolve with the times.
