Boasting the title of the oldest LGBT pub in the nation, this charming three-room, street-corner establishment, located on the outskirts of the town centre, recently transitioned to new management in November 2019. The pub has faced some challenges in the past, but the new management team is committed to restoring its reputation and enhancing its unique appeal, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Currently, the pub offers a lively music scene with a DJ spinning tunes on Fridays and Saturdays. Additionally, Wednesdays are marked by a fun-filled karaoke night, hosted by a charismatic Drag Queen.
