Previously serving as the brewery tap for Geeves Brewery, this quaint, three-roomed roadside pub is a hidden treasure that is definitely worth a visit. The pub underwent a change of ownership during the COVID-19 lockdown and was fully renovated, reopening its doors in 2021 once restrictions were lifted. The pub provides a selection of national keg brands, including lager and cider. Every Thursday, the pub hosts a happy hour from 5-7pm, offering special deals on their two regular real ales. The pub takes great pride in its role as a traditional community local, fostering a sense of camaraderie and togetherness among its patrons. However, it's worth noting that the pub has temporarily stopped serving real ale until a new cask supplier can be secured. Despite this, the pub continues to strive to offer a diverse range of beverages to cater to all tastes.
