Slug & Lettuce
Upon entering the venue, you are greeted by a tiled passageway that opens up to a spacious room with high ceilings. This room offers a stunning view of the Kennet and Avon canal, adding to the overall ambiance. The establishment offers a variety of keg beers, including the popular BrewDog Punk IPA. In addition to the main bar area, there is a separate front room dedicated to serving cocktails, easily identifiable by the neon 'Cocktails' sign adorning the wall. The Slug and Lettuce, when it initially opened, featured two chrome handpumps at the end of the bar. However, these were removed in early 2018. Despite this change, the venue continues to offer a unique and enjoyable experience for its patrons.
