Glasgow SEC Armadillo
SECArmadillo, formerly recognized as The Clyde Auditorium, is a renowned live music and entertainment venue situated on Exhibition Way, Clydeside, directly opposite the SECC. With a seating capacity of 3,000, this iconic venue was inaugurated in 1997. Its distinctive armadillo-like shape has earned it the nickname 'The Armadillo'. Over the past 15 years and more, SECArmadillo has established itself as one of Glasgow's most sought-after venues, hosting a variety of high-profile performers and events. Notably, it was the site of the X Factor audition that catapulted Susan Boyle to stardom.
