The Kings Arms

Constructed circa 1815, the pub maintains a touch of its historical charm with the preservation of its thatched outbuildings, which currently serve as the men's facilities. The pub's rear garden is consistently sheltered by a marquee, providing a covered space for games like Aunt Sally. This spacious, heated area is also available for rent. In June 2023, the pub reopened under new management. However, it's worth noting that a recent refurbishment merged the original lounge and public bar into a single large room. Unfortunately, this alteration resulted in the loss of much of the building's original character. Despite these changes, the pub continues to offer a unique blend of history and modern convenience.
