Is there such a thing as 'the talking cure'?

Another tough and witty play by the writer of Forward - this time about the strange world of group therapy.

Inspired by his own experience of group therapy, this is Robert Warrington's second full-length stage play. It uses elements of black comedy, straight drama and physical theatre to show what happens when five very different Brummies are brought together in one extraordinary group.

Quotes from Robert Warrington’s last play, Forward:
“The dialogue is fast, funny and quotable” Birmingham Stage
“A riotously original black comedy” Entertainer
“Truthful and promising debut” Birmingham Post
“Hilarious and truthful” Metro Life

Quotes from Friction Theatre’s last production, My Voice(s):
“Beautifully performed, funny and moving” The Scotsman
“Delightfully and imaginatively choreographed” Edfringe
“A clever, perceptive insight of the female psyche” Edfringe
