Independent Musicians Collective return to Soul Mama with their uniquely dazzling celebration of soul music. From 60s classics through funk, acid jazz and R&B, to New Jack Swing, neo-soul and house grooves, let the top talents of IMC take you on a whistle-stop journey through the greatest soul-infused classics of the past sixty years. Hear fresh takes on hits by artists ranging from Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder to Corrine Bailey Rae, Omar and Liane La Havas. IMC are an eclectic 10-piece collective who perform original multiphonic vocal arrangements with deep bass lines, rich jazz harmonies and stunningly soulful lead vocals.
