This help page is designed for members of bands and groups, who wish to have their details listed on remotegoat.

Why should I list my band on remotegoat?

remotegoat is an entirely free website, helping band to promote upcoming gigs.

With 2,000+ bands already listed and over 100,000 weekly visitors, listing on remotegoat is a great way to promote your band and upcoming gigs.

Once listed on remotegoat you will be able to list all your upcoming events, upload video clips and tracks - you'll also be able to network with hundreds of other bands, acts and music professionals, constantly keeping you connected.

How do I list a new band?

First check to see your band is not already listed, with several thousand band already on our database many bands are already listed.

If your band is not already listed you are welcome to list a new band here.

There are no costs associated with listing and we accept all UK bands who perform regular or semi-regular events.

How do I update my band?

Only approved members of remotegoat can update band information.

If you already have a listing on remotegoat, login and select the 'update band' link which appears alongside your band name in the welcome menu.

If the band does not appear in the welcome menu it means you have not yet been authorized to edit the band.

My band is listed but I can't update it, what do I do?

If your band has previously been listed on remotegoat but you are unable to update the details, when viewing your band listing select the 'edit' icon from the top menu bar.

You will then be presented with a form requesting your contact details and band connection, once submitted this information is forwarded to our admin team and should be approved without 1 working day.

How do I add or edit a gig?

How do I remove my band from remotegoat?

Band can only be removed by our team of site administrators.

To remove your band you'll need contact our support team, with details of which band you want removed and on whose authority.
