"My name is Yasmin. I am twelve years, six months and three and a half days old exactly. And this is the full and complete account of how I became a superhero."

What do you do when your world suddenly falls apart? When her father dies, twelve year old Yasmin thinks she has the answer and sets out on a mission to bring her family back together. A lyrical and touching story of grief and finding new hope through the eyes of a child, written by Jennifer Tuckett, the winner of the International Student Playscript Competition, the International Playwriting Festival and a finalist for the RSC OTHER Prize.

I Am A Superhero opens a month of new work in association with the Old Vic New Voices scheme.

Directed by Lucy Kerbel
Starring Rosie Armstrong, Sarah Bedi and Alinka Wright
