‘A compelling piece of theatre’ **** FringeGuru.com

Spitfires, trick cyclists, electric shocks and toilet rolls; the tragi-comedy of a father and son’s hair-raising adventures over the breakfast table.
Who Did I Think I Was? written and performed by Peter Henderson playing both father and son, premiered and received four star reviews on the Brighton Fringe.
Following the epic scale of Lucy Bailey’s King Lear at Bath Theatre Royal last year, and via The Joy of Logic for the BBC, Peter Henderson zooms in on his one-man show and performs at Edinburgh for the first time.
In six interleaving monologues, father and son recall their respective ‘glory days’ and perceptions of their shared family history. The thrills and spills of soaring spitfires, pill-popping punks and bubbly barmaids are contrasted with the ever-present memory of the lost wife and mum.

‘A highly accomplished performer…Poignant… Crisp writing,
fine character acting. Strongly recommended’ **** FringeReview.co.uk
