Actorworks at the Jack present

The Libertine
by Stephen Jeffreys

Actorworks students return to The Jack for this brash, shocking and hysterically funny epic, directed by Kate Bannister.

The Libertine is based on the life of the debauched wit and poet of Charles II's court, John Wilmot, the most notorious rake of his age. It was later turned into a film of the same name starring Johnny Depp.

This is an amateur production by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
