A sister's fight for her brother's wish to be buried with his lover, a husband's infidelity leaving his wife with more than a broken heart, a ten year old child cooking and caring for her dying mother. Ordinary people share extraordinary stories of how we love, how we survive and ultimately how we learn to let go.

Inspired by the NAMES Project Memorial Quilt, Elegies is a powerful, moving and uplifting celebration in spoken word and song, of those who have lost their lives to AIDS. The first London production in 1992 at the King's Head Theatre transferred to the West End the following year.
