About this event
Cost £ 8 / £6 concessions
Hit show of London's 2011 Irish Writers Festival: more magical than a play and more personal than a concert, this show speaks to everyone. A dramatic narrative incorporating music and poetry, laced with insight, humour and emotion.

Actor Donal Cox invites the poets of Ireland to open unusual windows on life, taking a joyful and perceptive look at where we've come from, where we've arrived and what might inspire us in the face of an uncertain future. Outstanding musician, Harriet Earis, twice Harper of All Britain, provides thrilling Celtic harp music to accompany the journey, bringing to life compelling stories and characters.

'What an outstanding performance. It took my breath away.' Bridie Breen, Manchester

'I don't like poetry - or at least I thought I didn't until I saw this performance! Great evening.' Jim Blake, Ealing
