Who: Gail Porter is hosting a one-night-only gala production of the classic musical Sweet Charity, with celebrity front of house team including Barbara Windsor.

What: The challenge is to rehearse and produce the show in only 48 hours.

Why: A crazy thing to do and an unmissable opportunity for anyone, from professional actor to zoo keeper, who's got what it takes to perform on a West End stage. Fresh from their resounding success with Showtime Challenge 1 hosted by comedian, Mel Smith, Eyebrow Productions presents Showtime Challenge 2
- a one-off gala performance of the musical Sweet Charity, hosted by TV presenter Gail Porter.

After casting the show, the successful performers will have seven weeks to learn the whole score by themselves. The production of Sweet Charity will go into rehearsal for the first time on Friday 8 December. Working together for just 48 hours, the cast will go on to perform to an audience of over 2000 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.

Showtime Challenge 2 establishes an opportunity to make serious money for charity. With the support and kind words from high profile members of the industry including Gail Porter, Barbara Windsor, Dame Judi Dench, Barbara Dickson OBE and Sir David Jason, this gala performance of Sweet Charity will be an unforgettable evening for cast members and audience alike.
