Words and music by Richard Stilgoe
Directed by Syd Ralph
Choreography by Paul Madden
Orchestration by Joe Stilgoe

A new show combining performers from The
Orpheus Centre and Guildford School of Acting, and a guest appearance each night from one of the following: Jane Asher, Michael Aspel, Ronnie Corbett, Penelope Keith, Matt Lucas, Joanna Lumley and Tim Pigott-Smith (subject to professional
commitments) each introduced by Richard Stilgoe.

The place is Hades, the time immemorial. Orpheus - legendary musician, guide to Jason and the Argonauts and friend of Ulysses and Hercules - has permission from the Gods to rescue his wife Euridice
from eternal torment. There is only one condition - he mustn't look back.

Richard Stilgoe founded the Orpheus Centre in Godstone in Surrey twelve years ago as a place where young disabled people could gain the confidence to live independently through performing regularly in front of an audience.
