Welcome to our charming local pub, which boasts two distinct bars for your enjoyment. Our establishment is steeped in history, with its structure dating back to 1865 and featuring reclaimed timbers from ships. Originally, the building served as a boot and shoe makers' shop. We also take pride in our extensive collection of bottled beverages. While we love our furry friends, we kindly request that dogs are not brought into the lounge area. Our commitment to quality and local sourcing is evident in our menu. We source our meats from a traditional family butcher in the area, ensuring the freshest and highest quality cuts. Our fish is freshly caught from the nearby Gilcrux Springs trout farm. We are also pleased to cater to various dietary needs, offering vegetarian and gluten-free meal options. Please note that our pub is closed for the month of January.
