The history of West Herts College can be traced back to 1947, with the foundation of Watford Technical College.
Since then we have grown in size, amalgamating various other local educational establishments such as Cassio College, Dacorum College and George Stephenson College.
West Herts College was founded in 1991 and now encompasses four sites:
* Watford campus - Hempstead Road
* Cassio campus - Langley Road, Watford
* Dacorum campus - Hemel Hempstead town centre
* Construction and Engineering Centre - Kings Langley
Each site has its own character and unique set of facilities, dependent on the courses offered and the students who study there.
Our students come from across West Hertfordshire and beyond, including much of north London. Their backgrounds and ambitions are just as diverse and we thrive on meeting these needs.
Wherever you come from and whatever your ambitions our courses are designed to build the skills you need for modern life and career success.
West Herts College has four sites: two in Watford, one in Hemel Hempstead town centre and one in Kings Langley.
All our sites are easily accessible by either rail, bus or car.
