The Selborne Gallery is a mouth and foot painting artists gallery. All the exhibits on show have been created by people who use either their mouths or their feet to express their artistic creativity. It is the only gallery of its kind in Britain and is situated in a picturesque Hampshire village which is no stranger to fame as it was the home of the famous naturalist, Gilbert White. Prince Charles visited the gallery in 2002 to mark the tenth anniversary of its opening. Visitors will be amazed and inspired at the skill that has been used to create these works of art.
Selborne Pottery is situated in a beautiful cobbled courtyard behind Selborne Gallery and sells a large range of hand-thrown and decorated domestic stoneware.
The pots are decorated using rich copper red and cobalt blue glazes and some shimmer with the addition of real gold lustre. The range includes bowls, teapots, vases and mugs. special items can be customised for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
